CROSS MENTORING DEUTSCHLAND

Competition and trust

Cross Mentoring Deutschland takes care that all parties conclude a contract at the beginning of the Cross Mentoring programme. This contract includes protective clauses, agreements and reciprocal commitments. For example, mentees will only be taken into the programme after consultation with their respective supervisors, and mentors only with the agreement of the mentee’s company/organisation. Mentors are not obliged to give account to third parties however they declare their willingness to take part in the workshops. The independence of the mentee/mentor tandem is important to all participants and is to be respected by all sides. A mentee and a mentor from one company cannot be together in the same programme, certainly however several mentees and mentors.
